I have about two months experience about low carp diet now. My weight is going slowly down, now about 3 kg from the start. There is not really big change in my overall feeling, but I am sure, I don´t feel myself very strong, especially when exercising. I have started to use some recovery drink with carbo after training, it makes me feel better.
Also I have one kind of negative side affect, I feel myself every now and then a bit angry and maybe tired and bored. I don´t know, if the reason is diet only.
